That also means being selective. Simplixify does not accept work we cannot responsibly deliver. If an engagement needs capabilities outside our scope, we will say so clearly and help shape the right next step.

Access and information handling
Simplixify reviews are scoped to use the least access required to answer the agreed questions. Where possible, we work from collaborative workshops, screenshots, exported configuration views, existing documentation, and guided walkthroughs. If instance access is needed, it should be time-bound, role-appropriate, and provided through the client’s approved security and provisioning process.
About the founder
Nubi Radwan
Nubi has spent 18 years inside complex ServiceNow environments — across enterprise, infrastructure, utility, telecommunications, and service delivery — long enough to see the same story play out in different shapes: platforms scale faster than ownership, requirements drift between what the business says and what operations actually need, and workflows quietly become difficult to unwind.
His work sits exactly in that gap. Advisory, business analysis, process review, App Engine Applications, and workflow design — all pointed at one problem: making the platform reflect how the organisation actually runs, not how the slide deck described it. That means clarifying requirements before they harden, aligning business, IT, and delivery around a single picture of the work, and refining reporting until leadership trusts what it shows.
When an idea needs more than a workshop to be tested, he builds it — App Engine prototypes for workflows, approvals, dashboards, and fulfilment logic, so organisations can pressure-test practicality and ownership before committing real delivery effort.
The principle underneath all of it is simple: ServiceNow works when it's built for how the organisation actually operates — fewer assumptions, less ambiguity, and a delivery that reflects operational reality.
